Register with your school name and type. You get a unique 5 digit school code.
Step 2
Set your term and classes
Activate the current term and academic year, then add classes, streams and subjects.
Step 3
Add learners and fees
Enter learners one by one or upload a CSV, then append the term fee structure.
Step 4
Run the term
Record payments, enter marks, print report cards and message parents.

Your school data stays yours

Every record is scoped to your school account. Staff accounts are role based, so bursars see finance, the director of studies sees academics, and teachers only see their assigned classes.

Reports you can hand over

Income and expense statements, class financial summaries, budget reports, term comparisons and branded report cards — all exportable for board meetings and audits.
